About Ronke
At 16, Ronke secured two scholarships worth over £60,000 from UK universities. This gave her first-hand experience of navigating the UK university application process, researching universities and scholarships, and presenting herself effectively as an applicant.
Since then, she has a near 100% success rate of supporting other students in successfully securing UK scholarships. She is passionate about making the knowledge she gained through her own experiences accessible to other students and helping them approach the application process with greater clarity and confidence.
Ronke studied Law at the University of Sheffield, graduating in 2024. During university, she worked across several university departments, including the Law School, Campaign and Alumni Relations Department, and Library. Her involvement with the university also led to opportunities in the UK Parliament, such as attending an event at the House of Lords.
Alongside her studies, Ronke secured two vacation schemes with international law firms in the UK, gaining insight into competitive professional recruitment and the transition from university into a professional career. After graduating, she spent two years working as an Anti-Money Laundering Analyst at a global law firm, developing professional experience in risk, compliance and client due diligence.
She was also invited by the University of Sheffiled to deliver presentations to international students in the UK, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to navigate university life and take full advantage of the academic, professional and personal opportunities available to them. on how to maximise their university experience and make the most of the opportunities available to them.
Through RonkeAdvisory, she brings together these experiences to help students make informed decisions about university applications, scholarships and early career development, drawing on the success of both her own journey and the lessons she has learned from supporting others.
